With this document, we fulfill our obligation to provide you with information in accordance with Article 12, Article 13, and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR") and the obligations under Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended.
Processing of personal data means any operation or set of operations performed upon personal data, whether or not by automated means. Processing includes collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction of personal data.

The main purpose for which we process your personal data is to provide you with accommodation services, comply with legal obligations, and manage your contractual relationship with us.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR), the fulfillment of legal obligations (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR), the legitimate interest of the company (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR), and your consent to the processing of personal data (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

We process your personal data manually and automatically. Automated processing means processing by computer programs and systems.
Your personal data is primarily processed by our employees and, if necessary, by our subcontractors, including software and hardware providers. However, we assure you that your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union or international organizations.

Failure to provide personal data may result in the impossibility of concluding the Contract or the provision of services or the impossibility of compliance with legal obligations, which may result in the termination of the Contract or the provision of services.
As part of the provision of our services, we may use automated decision-making or profiling. However, this decision-making or profiling will never have any legal effect on you or similarly significantly affect you.
